rapid change killed off the dinosaur
the dinosaur is never more
climate change is underway
though people deny it every day
delay action, deny, and people will die
more violent storms
will kill crops on farms
constant rains will create a morass
raging floods will be unable to pass
people will have to move into mountain caves
those caves will become their graves
fossil fuels must go away
if we want to keep seeing the light of day
if we don't start cleaning the atmosphere
by the end of the century none will be left living here
the dinosaurs had no choice but to die
climate change was the reason why
we have a choice, maybe not for us but for our grandchildren
the clock is ticking.
