What went wrong? 190806

      Today's post seems timely after last weekend's shootings.

      When one's environment grows violent
      a man's hatred grows at a rate hell bent.
      Bullets begin to fly
      and many people die.
      Is this the way we want our country to be?
      Don't we want a country where all are free?
      Hatred, once started continues to grow
      how it is ended we just don't know.
      Who would want a life consumed by nothing but strife,
      so much so that they would take an innocent life?
      How to end this we just don't know.
