The just completed Super Bowl was the 49th edition. When I heard that, I thought oh my; I have been alive all that time and even worse, I was an adult when it first started! Somehow that made me feel very old.
New thought, why are reality shows all about bad people? Why don't we celebrate the good people? Are good citizens boring? Even the sports celebrities get more air time if their antics include things no one should do.
Last thought, question, why do retired people go to "early birds" for supper? The answer is I believe twofold. Minor reason, they are done for the day and have nothing else to do. Major reason, there is a discount!
