Money and Quapaw Casino

Money

With grocery prices and such
Our pantry can’t be filled so much
Canned goods keep going up several percent
While with our savings account, we nearly pay rent
I’m sure this will at some time eventually end
About the time we have no more money to spend
Before long we’ll have no legal tender to tend
With no assets left, I doubt the bank will lend

Quapaw Casino

It’s just a short drive to a friendly place
Somewhere that’ll put a smile on your face
There’s always a close up parking space
Cares and woes vanish without a trace
Dealers are friendly with style and grace
Games are played at a comfortable pace
You’re always looking for that fourth ace
And the slots get you into the thrill of the chase

I wonder, could there be a connection between these two poems?
