We received a notice from our insurance company on Friday that our home and car insurance was going up $170 this year (no claims for a decade now and the car is 7 years older).
Today we received a notice from our insurance company that due to our long term affiliation with the company we saved $500 for this year.
Translation: we are screwing you, but because you are a long time customer we’re only sticking in eight inches instead of twelve.
