B-1-B Lancer

The B-1-B was introduced in the eighties as a replacement for the aging B-52 bomber force. Early troubles with the plane caused delays and they brought on some congressional firestorms. The plane can fly at supersonic speeds, but bomb delivery is completed at sub-sonic speed. Wings are extended for takeoff and landing and swept back for high-speed traveling. It can deliver conventional or nuclear weapons, with a 477,000 pound maximum operating weight.

I am not aware of any combat operations using the B-1-B, but that is not to say they have never happened. It is a sleek looking devil. She carries a crew of 4, pilot, co-pilot and two systems operators. I would go for that.
