The Nanking cherry is an early bloomer with a sweet tasting fruit. They produce in their second year and ours have been going for over 15 years now.
Grecian wind flowers are always a beautiful treat. They are supposed to spread, but with our high winds in March, they are probably spreading in the next county; somewhere, someone is wondering where all the pretty flowers came from.
The weather really hurt our spring daffodils this year. We have a lot of leaves, but not so many flowers.
