I have had an excess of energy today, so I got busy. I rearranged nearly everything in my apartment. My minimalism tended to get myself rolling and I got rid of more things that I hadn’t used in the last year. By shuffling things around I opened up a lot of free space. My energy kept going and I did my complete yoga routine with enthusiasm, along with Tai Chi exercises and I am happy with everything I accomplished.
I went to the grocery store and stocked up on everything I needed, plus some more beers for fuel to keep on going.
I’m also embarking on a new plan. I’m switching over to a plant based diet, lots of vegetables, and grains and fruits. Now there’s not a lot of protein in those foods, so I’ll be supplementing that with milk, some cheese, some ham, some turkey, some chicken and fish. I think that will work out well for me.
Sounds like a plan. Yes some veggies have a little of protein so you will be fine. Try some hemp seeds. It's not the kind that gets you high. They say it's very healthy for you. Check it out on Google.
