Walking is the best exercise for anyone, especially older people.
I was out walking this morning and it made me feel good. There were no distractions and it gave me an opportunity to clear my head. Now that I’m back I can think with a clear mind. I was able to make 3 new decisions. 2 of them saved me from wasting money by buying things that were foolish, but I thought I wanted them. The 3rd decision I have just implemented and I am happy with it. I have my Windows laptop beside my Chromebook laptop and I can share data between them. Both laptops have their pluses and minuses. I suppose no one needs two laptops, but I already had them and now I can use them interchangeably. I get the best of both worlds. I could get an Apple laptop, but I don’t have the space on my desk, besides I don’t need a 3rd laptop to have to remember how to shift gears as I work with each of them.
