Every morning of my life I awaken and there is a song lyric in my head that just doesn’t go away.

Today’s lyric is from an old song I remember from when I was a teenager, a song that is actually much older than I am, circa 1941. The song had just been a rerelease with a new singer. My problem is that I only remember a snippet or two and that plagues me all day until the next morning when a new lyric shows up. Today I looked up the lyrics. The title of today’s song is “I Remember You.” It is a wonderful song that for some reason which may be obvious because it reminds me of younger days when I first met Joyce and as part of the song states, “When the angels ask me to recall; the thrill of it all; I shall tell them I remember you.” Below are the lyrics to the song:
