Your Sentinel, Work, 200909

I have worked at many jobs in my lifetime and no matter what they were or where they were some things were the same. Some people work hard and do the best they can, while other people seem to just float along, doing just the minimum they need to keep their job. That always disturbed me because I always tried to do the best I could, even with menail jobs I did not care to do, like working in the galley on Guam and in Pearl Harbor, and night cleanup chores in Glenco, Ga. while waiting for my training to start there. I am not tooting my own horn here, just saying any job is worth doing the best a person can do.

This image from Jose Lujano's site. I swabbed a lot of decks during my navy time.
