What?Google is hosing me down My google chrome book was always reliable (up until now) after its last major update when many things changed somewhat but my blog settings got all messed up. I am still struggling to get things the way I want them, but it will take time. If something isn't displaying correctly please let me know and I will try to repair it if I can. |
Open for businessBanks and stores are going to open up again on a limited basis. That may be okay as long as people still keep their distance and wear masks. There are some states that have just flung the doors open for everyone to jam together in bars and churches with dramatic increases in Covid cases is that working? I think not. |
NormalWe all know what was normal for us up until mid-March. Some day and I do not know when, but some day we will return to a new normal. There were changes in businesses happening before Covid came down the pike, brick and mortar retail stores, movie houses, restaurants, social interactions. All of those things will continue to change after this virus is finally under control. I believe the new normal will continue with even more retailers closing stores. Movie houses were already closing and that trend will continue. More small restaurants will continue to drop from the scene. Social interactions will take a long time to return to what they once were. Internet companies will continue to grow and that seems to be good. More people have already moved to mobile banking or using computers for online banking and that will increase as we get to the new normal. Companies that deliver packages to homes will grow even more than they have since the virus came on scene. We people are becoming more used to those services and will continue to use them even more. Couch potatoes have so much more streaming content than ever before. Pizza companies have benefited by this current situation and new habits are not broken any easier than old habits. Gray skies will someday open, the sun will shine, life will be good!
