David Adair designed and built the fastest rocket on earth and he did it at the ripe old age of 17 in the summer between his junior and senior year of high school. He did this with the backing of the United States air force and the CIA. He had full backing of air force general Curtis LeMay in his rocket adventure.
This guy is a genius!

Whether you believe everything or not this man is entertaining. His story goes through some of the most bizarre and at the same time believable events I have ever found.
