Just a few thoughts on the day
Did you ever wonder why none of your fingers are the same length? It never occurred to me until today. I do think the extra terrestrials have all fingers the same length, so be on the lookout for that.
I never learned to write a check until I was 28 years old. Now I think that is taught in schools, just in time for everything to be paid by debit and credit cards. I still can’t figure out how to read a credit card statement.
I am amazed at how well behaved most of the children I see are. It makes me think things are going to be alright in some future galaxy far, far away.
I must say I meet so many nice and thoughtful people in our local Walmart store and even more at our Aldi’s store. We have all seen the internet videos of Walmartians in the strange outfits. If I knew where those stores were where the young chicks flash their wares, I might give that a try, but I am afraid I would get the store with the ugly old dudes wearing women’s clothes and sheer tops, with 6 inch high-heels. One of them might trip and fall on me. I would like to know how the cars in the parking lot manage to get a window air conditioner unit that normally runs on 120 volts AC to operate on 12 volts DC.
Have you ever read the Greek mythologies with stories about the god Zeus, Jason and the golden fleece, Homer and the astronauts? I never got very far into any of them either. I think I may have read a porn novel titled Jason and the golden fleece, but I believe it was not written by a Greek and the fleece was not a sheep’s hide.
I hope this little post brightens or potentially frightens your day.
