News story from Louisiana 1707

This news story was just released by Tad Tebow of KATC covering news in Acadiana and Lafayette, Louisiana today.

Archaeologists were called to a site in Louisiana to investigate a small metal dome-shaped object found in a swamp that had been drained for installation of a new oil pipeline this week.
The archaeologists started their digging and the deeper they went, the larger the dome turned out to be. It grew to a 20 foot diameter before it started to taper off in size. After continued digging they discovered it was what they believed to be an interstellar spacecraft.
They then called the US air force and within a half-hour there was a team of air police on the spot. Air force crews continued flowing into the area for hours, bringing portable cranes, flat-bed trailers and guards to transport the ship back to an undisclosed base (which does not officially exist) in Texas.
The trucks and their escorting convoy passed through lonely back-roads in Louisiana and Texas to avoid massive sightings of the movement of the saucer. The plan backfired because the 20 foot diameter of the saucer completely shut down traffic on those narrow highways and people along the way were flooding local authorities with phone calls complaining. Those authorities contacted local news services and the army and air force authorities to find out what was going on.
An anonymous air force contractor notified a local news service KTRK in Houston Texas that the saucer was so well sealed it took scientists and engineers two days to find an entry point into the saucer. They then entered and found three smallish nearly mummified corpses and two (humanoid) androids. Upon lifting the androids, they came out of a standby mode and began speaking in languages, trying to communicate to their new captors. They watched for human expressions and when they got to speaking English they recognized they were now communicating. The androids told of their journey to this planet and what happened before the pilot lost control of the saucer. The contractor would not say more for fear that his full story would potentially point him out to his superiors and cost him his career. He did say that when and if more details leak out and give him more cover he would be willing to add to what he already revealed.
