English Language

I am so very fond of the English language. It is such a beautiful expressive tongue yet it is so ill used it is being lost to us. There are still a few top-notch reporters whose language skills are far beyond me, but just a few. I read a lot of customer reviews of products, many of which are written by so called PHD holders and I am shocked by the lack of grasp of our wonderful language. My hope is before we lose enough teachers that still understand our language that the school systems will begin to concentrate on more language and grammar skills. I understand math is important, but our language is how we convey knowledge from one person to another. Am I wrong?
