Try to Guess what this bloom is

Here's one thing blooming today and you will never guess what it is unless you recognize the leaves. I'll tell you what it is on a line below the pictures.

This is horseradish. I planted it more than a decade ago and we have never harvested it. The root below could be more than a foot long.
