Surprises Happen

Just when I thought all the flower growth was over for the year, the nice weather, the rain and now the warm up we have some very late growth and blooms.
This morning glory didn't even start to grow until late September. It came from seeds that were in the ground and they opened after I did some shuffling of some dirt in the yard.
These four o'clocks were planted under a pine tree by birds this year. I would never plant anything under a pine because pine needles do not usually allow seeds to start and produce.
