Google Woes

I have been having trouble with my Google services lately. They kept sending me someone else's mail and my blog was displaying incorrectly, only on Google and not on Internet Explorer or Firefox browsers. I finally worked my way through all the problems I was experiencing, at least as far as I know at this point. Even the Google help pages were no help and didn't work at all. Below is a webcam snapshot of me at the depths of my confusion with Google and the nonworking programs and the help pages that were no help.
