Great Day

I had a great day today. Wife and I were both tired after 2 days of casino action in Oklahoma, but I had work to do. I found and repaired a roof leak in the garage and then moved on to checking on a roof leak on the front porch. I think I found and repaired it too. I felt great after that, so I moved on to clearing the last of the fallen limbs from the island between the driveways. I felt so good I decided to have a beer break and a smoke on the front porch. When I walked out the front door there was a big old black snake there. I grabbed my push broom and swept him off the porch. He took off for the wild north of the house and didn’t try to come back. I have had them try to return before and they can be persistent when they want to be.
