Sometimes men get tired of the older model they have.

Mine was a little older.
But I liked the one I had.
Mine had served me well for a long time.

The bright paint had faded.

Those sweeping curves didn’t look like the newer models.
But I liked the one I had.

Some just got tired of the older models.
But I liked the one I had..
Some guys were lured by the bright new paint.
But I liked the one I had..
Some guys were tired of looking at the older body style.
But I liked the one I had..
Some guys traded for the newer models.
But I liked the one I had..

One guy wanted to go faster with a new sports model.
But I liked the one I had.
One guy wanted more bells and whistles.
But I liked the one I had.
One guy wanted one with less wear and tear.
But I liked the one I had.
One guy just wanted a new look.
But I liked the one I had.

I was always happy with the one I had.
I was hoping it would last me a lifetime.
I'm thanking God for the blessing he gave me.
