Bad Guy Caught!

Well a host of sheriff's deputies caught the bad guy, rustler and burglar. It turns out he has 22 felony convictions since the sixties, including one for $350,000 in farm equipment from one local farm implement dealer. Now why you ask would a man with 22 felony convictions ever get out of jail? I have no answer for that, but he is back home at the county jail at the moment.
