After the Rain Storm

We had 3 inches of rain in an hour and a half yesterday evening here at the farm. There was just a few moments before dark when I ran out to snap some pictures. I didn't even take time to put shoes on as darkness falls fast at this time of day here.

This is rainbow 1 at the north end of the rainbow. It disappeared into the clouds above.

This is the other end of the rainbow as it dropped out of the cloud cover.

This is sunset 1 as the sun setting fell through the clouds on the west end of the farm.

This is sunset 2, showing more of the cloud cover lingering after the rain.
