11 PM the other night
Moon was shining bright
Few stars were in sight
3 AM seemed like predawn light
Stepped outside to view the sight
Stars were everywhere alight
Walked all around
Nary a sound
Most perfect night ever found
Did not even need a light
Infinite stars burning bright
Inspired me to sit here and write
