More things blooming or growing vegetables on the farm today July 3, 2013

The 14 feet tall pink crepe myrtle is in full bloom today.

The butternut squash is well on its way to fruition today. I can hardly wait.

Under the plants is a layer of coffee grounds I saved to help keep water in the ground and to fertilize the plants.
